With over 5 years in the event industry, Brittany started her wedding career at one of San Francisco’s most highly sought after venues. During her time with the venue, she learned the ins and outs of all the logistics that go into executing your dream wedding day! Having organized and successfully sent off dozens of Event Julep brides over the past several years, she lives for the feeling at the end of a wedding. Her heart is so full when she sees our Juleps smiling ear-to-ear and waving goodbye to their friends and family after having the best day of their lives. To Brittany, there’s nothing more sacred than a wedding day and she’ll do anything she can to ensure that yours is everything you’ve dreamed of and more.
Lead Planner + Event Designer
Rachel started her career as a wedding planner working alongside one of the most high-end wedding planning companies in the South. Her passion for all things beautiful led her to study for a semester in France, where she could revel in the elegance of Beaux-Arts architecture and amazing cuisine. She is a natural planner with a knack for both design and unyielding organization skills. Having planned and coordinated countless weddings in Kentucky, Austin, and San Francisco. Rachel is an expert in all-things-weddings. She is the perfect extension of our couples on their big days. Our Juleps specifically love how responsive and professional she is to work with. Her exceptional taste for design is the icing on the cake!
Molly is an associate wedding planner with an eye for all things trendy. With experience in hospitality, she is sure to make your planning experience seamless and stress-free. Her knack for keeping designs current, yet timeless is the winning combination to get “oooohs” and “aaaahs” for years to come. Molly’s eccentric personality allows her to find new ways to plan a one-of-a-kind wedding for each and every couple. Her favorite part of the wedding day is when the couple is finally married and they get that one private moment in the middle of all the wedding day madness to take a breath and appreciate each other.
Chloe has spent years in the wedding and event industry! She’s gained experience in a multitude of disciplines such as wedding day management, venue management, corporate event planning, catering, and hospitality. Her favorite? Weddings, of course! She says “if there’s one thing I learned in my years of wedding day management, it’s this: being prepared with a thoughtfully stocked emergency kit is essential. I make sure it’s close at hand throughout the entire event so my couples can get hitched without a hitch.” Her favorite item in her emergency kit is a portable steamer. Like a steamer, she is particular about ironing out fine details!

Olivia has decided to jump headfirst into the event industry after earning her Bachelor’s in Psychology and realizing that wasn’t the right path for her. She has a natural eye for design, is up to date on all the latest trends, and loves designing floral arrangements. Olivia has a passion for helping you to create a picture-perfect wedding day. When asked about her favorite part of the wedding day, she said “I love being close to the ceremony site for that first look as your future spouse is walking down the aisle. It’s such a sweet moment and it always makes me tear up!” Her organizational skills and bubbly personality will make you feel at ease and take the stress off your shoulders.

We are so excited to welcome Kellie as our native Texan! Kellie began her career in the wedding industry as she was finishing up her studies at Sam Houston State. As soon as she took that leap of faith to start her career, she knew there was no looking back. Since her start, she has worked with numerous partners in the event industry; from wedding planners to venues, rentals, and more. Kellie loves helping our Juleps execute their wedding plans and is always in their corner, no matter what problems arise. She is the perfect embodiment of “Texas Sweetheart” meets “Southern Grace”. Her quick thinking, calm demeanor, and smiling face is exactly what you want on your wedding day!

She is a sophomore studying hospitality management in the University of Arkansas’ Honors College, and she is the face behind Event Julep’s social media. With an eye for all things aesthetic and trendy, Sydney is the perfect person to help your wedding day vision come to fruition. Sydney is an Austin native born and raised. Her bubbly spirit and warm demeanor is makes Sydney the perfect addition to your wedding day team!
